Financial Statements:

The quarterly financial reports are due out as follows:

1st Quarter: For the Quarter ending December 31st the report comes out in about 45 days after the end of the quarter on November 14th.

2nd Quarter: For the Quarter ending March 31st the report comes out in about 45 days after the end of the quarter on May 15th.

3rd Quarter: For the Quarter ending June 30th, the report comes out in about 45 days after the end of the quarter on August 14th.

4th Quarter: the fourth Quarter ending September 30th, is our year-end and the annual report is published in about 90 days after the end of the quarter.

Annual Meeting:

Shortly after the filing of our Form 10-K, we will prepare an annual report to our shareholders. This annual report and a proxy statement will then be mailed to shareholders inviting shareholders to attend the annual meeting. The meeting is generally held in February or March. The exact date is set by the board of directors. The board can also call special meetings of the shareholders to ask them to approve other initiatives that it believes should be heard before the next annual shareholders meeting.

Dividends:

The board of directors determines if the company should pay a monthly dividend. They look at the prospects of declaring a dividend every quarter. The board usually meets in the first or second week of the end of each calendar quarter, that is the first or second week of March, June, September and December. At that meeting the board of directors determines if the company should pay a dividend and if so, how much that dividend should be. It is usual for the board to use the last business day of the following three months, to set the record date for the monthly dividends that are declared. And if a record date is the last business day in the month, then the payment date is a business day that is about 5 to 10 days after the record date. For example, if the record date for a dividend were the last business day of September, then the payment date would usually be the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th or 10th of October. Of course the board can change any of this general procedure.
