Our Objective
Our goal is to pay shareholders dividends on a monthly basis. Gladstone Capital has paid dividends since August 2001. Our objective is to increase the amount of dividends paid out each year.

Our Loans and Investments
Gladstone Capital makes loans to small and medium sized private businesses that meet certain criteria, such as potential growth. We make three types of loans: senior term loans, second lien loans, and senior subordinated loans.
Loans to these companies usually are from $3 million to $15 million, for up to 5 years. Our portfolio companies are in such industries as: food and paper products, home care equipment, water heater rentals, uniform cleaning, equipment manufacturing to much more.
